We do have, we do have, groups...
Ehm, some of them might be considered gangs, but we call em' groups of people and they may be just be neighborhood small cliques of people and they be some family members
And we are certainly aware of those people
Ehm and our... concerns about activities ehh...
We can not, we can not hurry to get it done
The message of the ... the moral of this will be Stop the violence. Put down the guns and from what we've seen recently, put down the knifes as well
