The year is 2011. I'm walking the halls of my middle school with my face buried in a notebook full of raps. My teachers are telling me I need to pay attention in class more. I didn't listen. I never listened. I lost pretty much all of my friends. I was up in my room studying the classics while they were in someone's basement getting plastered. We just grew apart.
