User Interview: Ian Fruchey lyrics

Hello, to kick off the 2018 User Interviews I have decided to interview Ian Fruchey. He has become very involved with the Christian Genius Crew, and is also a very active Editor.

JOSIAH: Hey, how are you doing man?
IAN: I'm doing great.

JOSIAH: Let's get started. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Where are you from, age, etc.?
IAN: Ohio. Might be the youngest on the site. Aha Gazelle released Beemo and I 2 on my birthday. Fun fact.

JOSIAH: Who are your favourite artists?
IAN: Lecrae, Aha Gazelle, KB, Tommy Revenge, Red, Skillet, NF, Social Club Misfits, 116, 1K Phew, and many, many more.

JOSIAH: Have you met any of your favourite artists?
IAN: Not personally, but I have been to some of their concerts.

JOSIAH: What is one genre of music you can't stand?
IAN: Country.

JOSIAH: What artists have you seen in concert? Who would you like to see in the future?
IAN: I've gone to Winter Jam and a Lecrae concert. Definitely looking forward to seeing Aha Gazelle in concert.

JOSIAH: Why did you get involved with Genius?
IAN: I was on vacation and listening to "Make You Love Me" by Aha Gazelle and then looked at the lyrics on Genius. There was an annotation that had the wrong reference and I made an account to add a suggestion. Then like a month later, in July, I did my first annotation, then my first transcription.

JOSIAH: What annotation are you most proud of?
IAN: I did this cover art annotation and it took the most work of all the annotations I've done. So that one.

JOSIAH: Have you done much travelling? If not, where would you like to visit?
IAN: A fair amount. Gone to Hershey, a few beaches, Chicago and a few other places. Want to go to California and Florida someday. Maybe the U.K.

JOSIAH: If you had to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
IAN: Tacos, for obvious reasons.

JOSIAH: What are some of your hobbies?
IAN: Sitting in my room listening to music for hours on end while:
- Drawing
- Doing homework

JOSIAH: Do you play any video games? If so, PS4 or Xbox One?
IAN: Yep. Destiny, Star Wars Battlefront, and sports games on the XBox One.

JOSIAH: I know you are into drawing. What are you currently working on?
IAN: Google is holding their annual Doodle 4 Google contest and I'm entering. I could get my art noticed by literally billions.

JOSIAH: Are you a sports guy? If so, what sport do you like to watch/play and what team do you root for?
IAN: Sports! I play (American) football, and I watch NFL (Detroit Lions), NCAA Football (Ohio State Buckeyes), MLB (Chicago Cubbies!) and NBA (Golden State Warriors).

JOSIAH: What album(s) are you most excited for in 2018?
IAN: Never Fold by Tedashii and any music by Aha Gazelle and similar artists.
