On the songs: lost in paradise lyrics

'Lost in Paradise' is the most intimate song on the album, I would say. The story about that one is, I wrote it by myself, for myself, just for a really raw, broken moment. Just started writing it without thinking too much, just feeling a lot. The more I listened to it just for myself as we were working on the record, I started thinking, 'maybe it's really good.' So I showed it to the producer and I was like, 'just listen to this. I just feel like maybe I'm not like the only one who thinks this is really cool, but just love listening to it.' He listened to it and right away was like, 'okay, you have to do the song definitely.' But I didn't want to bring the band into it. At first I didn't understand that at all. I just didn't hear it that way. But of course when the producer says, 'let's try something you always try.' We tried it and right away was the right call. I love how big it has become.
