A musical moment floated to me
The beauty was there, a magical vision to see,
My feet started tapping so aware was I
Then my senses were reeling as a haze clouded my eye,
Feeling light headed I swirled around
The melody beating a heart lifting sound,
In a world of my own I stayed for a while
Too engrossed in the tune to raise even a smile,
The backs of my legs just began to tingle
Then the music altered to bells and a jingle,
Being so confused I started to shake
My body complained and uttered an ache,
That really was too much to bear
When my beautiful music got lost in the air.
